Our Story
Founded in 2022 in Peshawar, KP, GuideWay started with a simple observation: many young people and women had the desire to learn digital skills, but lacked access to personalized, affordable training.
We built GuideWay as a 1-on-1 doorstep and online training platform that removes barriers — no large classrooms, no generic content, and no exclusion.
Today, GuideWay is a growing ecosystem that supports learners from their first lesson to their first paycheck, with a strong emphasis on women empowerment, inclusion, and real-world earning opportunities.
